WHAM Recruitment manager and staff check the order

We’ll start with an initial phone call to understand your motivations and career goals. From there, we’ll meet to explore your skills, experiences, and what matters most to you in your next role — helping me match you with the right company and culture.

Further into the process I can help you to prepare for interviews. I’ll be with you all the way, right through to your start date helping you to be as prepared as you can for your 1st day in that new job. Sound good? Oh, and did I mention this is all free? I’ll even get the coffee.
